About the role
Avantduo is seeking a Process Operations Engineer who combines technical expertise with business operations knowledge to manage and run our clients' processes within our internal framework. You will play a dual role in both presales support and operations management, ensuring smooth execution of client processes post-implementation.
This is an entry-level position (0-2 years experience). We assess candidates holistically - considering experience, capabilities, and expectations together.
What you'll do
- Run and manage clients' business processes within Avantduo's operational framework
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day execution of client operations
- Monitor process execution for consistency and adherence to standards
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine processes
- Document business processes for clarity, scalability, and efficiency
- Report on key performance metrics and service delivery
- Support the sales team by analysing client requirements
What we're looking for
- 0-2 years professional experience
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Technology or related field
- Strong technical understanding of business operations systems
- Experience with automation tools and process management
- Attention to detail and self-driven approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
